Adblock Plus

Hi guys,
I'd like to integrate some ABP functionality into a custom project and I need the list of URLs/filters which are currently blocked. Can somebody tell me where to find it and give me a few general hints as to what ABP architecture is (I saw a C++ library and a few browser extensions available in GitHub).
