I'm running the latest version of the add-on on Opera 12.10 running on Windows 8 Pro. When I initially installed it, it worked fine. When I shut my PC down and started it up again, the add-on was no longer working. Clicking the "Update now" button for the block list caused it to start working again, but it will stop working intermittently. Sometimes it stops working in between Opera sessions even when I don't reboot my machine. It's the only add-on I have installed in Opera.
It's quite annoying as the add-on is great otherwise, so I hope you can find the cause and fix it.
