[Wish list] New functionalities

Post by Jorge! »

Hi!

Is possible add some functionalities to the toolbar button? Something like activate/deactivate the extension? or add some sites to the white list?

:D

It does it work great! :) Please add following functions:

Adding menu to extension button/context menu which allow:
-enable/disable extension
-Add remove current site from white-list
-to select an element/ad to block
-To be able to quickly unblock an element for current website

Just add these one by one in new versions! Without these functions this extension seems very basic.

Lack of enable/disable for current site is Opera limitation. It either works everywhere or nowhere.

But here lot of other extensions that provide this functionality. Like NoAds, Adblock, ContentBlockHelper ETC

Probably ABP using different method to block stuff. That's how it was announced.

Interesting but in announcement of 1.3.2 there is such words: "and it adds back the whitelisted domains feature (not accessible via the Adblock Plus icon yet, whitelisted domains have to be added on the Options page)."

Hello,

Wladimir Palant wrote:You can right-click the icon and choose “Disable”, this actually works better than any extension feature. Enabling it again is a bit more complicated unfortunately, you have to press Ctrl+Shift+E and enable Adblock Plus there. As to whether we plan to add an internal “disable everywhere” feature – yes, most likely. We want to have all features currently available in Firefox ported over whenever possible.
