Visiting this page: http://adblockplus.org/en/subscriptions if I try to subscribe to one of the filters, I get an error. For example, clicking the Subscribe: Adversity link, I get this error (similar error for any such subscribe link attempt):
The address type is unknown or unsupported
You tried to access the address abp:subscribe?location=https%3A%2F%2Fadversity.googlecode.com%2Fhg%2FAdversity.txt&title=Adversity, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
Make sure your internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.
Check that the setup of any internet security software is correct and does not interfere with ordinary web browsing.
If you are behind a firewall on a Local Area Network and think this may be causing problems, talk to your systems administrator.
Try pressing the F12 key on your keyboard and disabling proxy servers, unless you know that you are required to use a proxy to connect to the internet. Reload the page.
Need help?
Open the Opera Help.
Go to Opera's online support desk.
It looks like Opera is not recognizing or blocking the subscribe instruction. I have a feeling that I must be doing something basically wrong, as no one else is reporting such errors, and adding subscriptions is pretty basic. Please help. What am I doing wrong, or what have I not done? Obviously I am a newbie.
FWIW I do have two filter lists added from the list that shows up within Adblock Plus Options (right click on ABP icon--ABP stop sign, click Preferences, under Filter Lists tab, scroll down list, select one, click Add). That does work, but it doesn't have as extensive a list of filters as offered on the full list page above--first line.
Can't subscribe to filter lists.
Re: Can't subscribe to filter lists.
It is not implemented in the Opera version yet.
Re: Can't subscribe to filter lists.
Okay, since these three lists are not in the group that I can add, what are their actual addresses in order to add them manually, if anyone can provide that?
(1) EasyPrivacy
(2) AntiSocial
(3) MalwareDomains
Thank you. I have been to their sites, and they don't seem to have the plain addresses listed, just the subscribe links, which don't work yet for Opera. (Nor are they among those lists which are in the drop down add list in preferences.
Thanks again.

- Right-click the subscribe link and choose Copy Link Address.
- Go to http://www.utilities-online.info/urlencode/ and paste the link in the box on the left, then click the decode --> button.
- Copy the text in the box on the right and paste it in a text editor like Notepad.
- Delete location= and everything before it.
- Delete &title= and everything after it.
