Opera Developer 24 - Extension Won't Load

I can't get Adblock Plus to load with the latest Developer Snapshot:

• Version: 24.0.1534.0 - Opera is up to date
  Update stream: Developer
  System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)

I've tried making a new profile but it doesn't seem to help, clicking reload/enable seems to do nothing.

Here's an example of what is shown:


I don't appear to have a problem with any other extension.
