Suddenly AD frames appears?

Hello. I had absolutely no problem until now - all of the sudden, ABP "stopped" working - it's on, but I get these weird advertisment frames.

I haven't installed anything, tried turning all other plugins off (only ABP on), that I've been using for a long time along with ABP - same result.

I am running Opera Next 23.0.1522.14

what is written there ... "ads by ..." ?

It doesn't really matter what site is that (anyway, its Imgur.com), since I have these frames on pages, where it normally wasn't (like this Imgur, I had no ads/frames there before).

Under the ad it says: "Ads by OffersWizard".

EDIT: Found it, the "program" was called "Network System Driver", no Idea how I got it - anyway, uninstalled it and those annoying frames are gone, thanks for help - solved
