Trying to download and install opera version of adblock via opera software addons website and clicking on the link i.e. image below

What version of Opera are you using? It says "Opera Next" but it looks like Opera 12.xx. If you're going to use Opera 12.xx, it should be Opera 12.10 – 12.17 (preferably the latter), not a developer test version. Assuming you're on Windows, you can get it from
