addons.opera.com installs 1.3.4 not latest version 1.9.1

If I go to releases/adblock-plus-191-for-chrome-op ... i-released I see the latest version of AdBlock Plus is 1.9.1 and all "install" links I can find end up at https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/ ... display=en which shows version 1.3.4. And, indeed, version 1.3.4 is what I get in my Opera extensions when I install it.

How can I install AdBlock 1.9.1?

if you have the old opera 12.17 or previous versions, 1.3.4 is the last compatible for those versions.

I am using an LTS version of Ubuntu 14.04.2 which, although Opera is "up-to-date", has me at Opera 12.16.
