Adblock Plus

Hello,
I have a problem with Adblock Plus. I use Opera latest version.
When I open each site in few seconds appear window with this text "adservme.com blocked connection to server". I cannot use site before I will press "Skip this add" on this window. Another words, Adlock Plus block advertisment (contains, image), but are not hidden it. In my opinion, I see empty window of advertisment. I am sure that problem exactly in Adblock, becouse I turn off program for site and site works normally (but with advertisment). Reinstalled of program can not helped. How can I fix this?

I am also experiencing a issue, I have a latest version of opera, but when I install it, it gives an error. Can anyone please help me. Thanks
