Creation of an adblock plus for Opera 12 with .oex extension

Hi, i was wondering if a kind soul who knows how to code could make a version of adblock plus 3.1 or newer for Opera 12, unfortunately this one below is only for newer versions of Opera:

I know it cant be hosted on Opera's site but it can be hosted here or even in places like mediafire, the old version 1.3.4 doesnt block stuff correctly sometimes, it loads data from fonts it should block and it doesnt even have an option to load all filters on startup of browser to block ads before their data is downloaded like abprime for pale moon does (abprime does this by default without any option):
