Adding youtube annotations to exceptions

So I just have to use RU AdList because it blocks lots of ads I don't wanna see, especially kadu.ru and hlamer.ru ones. The thing is it also blocks youtube annotations. I tried adding and well, it doesn't help like at all. Also don't really want to just disable all youtube ads by adding youtube.com to exceptions. Any way to unblock annotations w/o turning off RU AdList? Guess I can just turn it off when I watch youtube and on when I watch kadu, tho
