'Block Element' not showing on right click in Opera

'Block Element' not showing on right click in Opera after install. Opera version: Version:56.0.3051.52, Linux Mint 19 Mate. advanced settings (paste below)
" Show 'Block element' right-click menu" item is checked"
It works fine in Firefox on the same platform.
