Placeholders of blocked images still visible

1. Make sure you are subscribed to EasyList Germany+EasyList.
2. Visit http://stadt-bremerhaven.de/ in desktop mode.
3. Placeholders of two ad images ("http://stadt-bremerhaven.de/grafiken/sim.gif" & "http://banner.hosteurope.de/kooperation ... ebpack.gif") are still visible.
