I can‘t make the proxy settings

you may still need to go into your phone menu: settings/WiFi/[name of your wifi], then long hold the wifi name, and that should call up boxes to turn on the proxy and add the localhost and the number in the other proxy setting whose name I forget (these are what adblock tells you to add on its notification screen).
