works on half the apps, then none of them, intermittently

Greetings. I have a non-rooted Droid 3, and on half the apps ABP blocks nothing, even though it says traffic is coming though. Proxy set to spec. Ads coming through on Soundhound, Tetris, Advanced Task Killer, and others. It did block them on Tetris for a day or so, but it has never blocked them on Soundhound.
