[BUG] Web services of an Android application blocked

Hi,
I'm using MLO (My life organized), to manage tasks lists. It has a web service for syncronization, and gets blocked by ADB.
I get an error If I sync over Wifi + https. It works ok over http or 3G, or if I dissable ADB.
A more general question in relation to this. Is there a way in Android to report this? I've seen options to do so on PC. Another thing is how to report URLs which should not be filtered, but are accessed internally by an application, and not accesed by a web browser.
