Google Voice Calls

I recently installed AdBlock Plus onto my Nexus 4 running 4.2.2 and have found that ever since I installed it my phone asks me if I want to place the call using Google voice or without Google voice every time I place a call. This happens if I am on a wifi or cellular network. It is spectacular to have my favorite ad-blocking software on my phone, but it is annoying to have to click an extra button every time I make a call. I've double checked the call settings and it is set to only be used for internet calls only, so it shouldn't be asking for every call I make...
