AdBlock Plus as a system app (solved)

Solution (requires root access)
Download the latest Adblock Plus apk.
Open it with a zip app for example ZArchiver in android or 7zip on PC.
Extract the file libjsEngine.so from the apk AdBlockPlus.apk/lib/armeabi/libjsEngine.so
Put it in /system/lib and set permission as the other files (rw-r--r--)

Put the apk AdBlockPlus.apk in /system/app and set the right permission (rw-r--r--)
PS, this also works with other apps, for example keyboards like SwiftKey or Google Keyboard.
Basically just copy the lib file or files and it should work with the right permission
