On Rooted Phones it ALSO Blocks Ads on 3G

BUT HOW ???
I own Motorola Atrix 2 (MB865) running ICS 4.0.4, I especially rooted my phone to get this app work on Mobile Data as well, and not just Wi-Fi.
BUT NOTHING HAPPENS !!!

Help me, Please.

I tried both Apps and Websites.

On WiFi, it blocks ads in apps and all browsers.
But on Mobile Data Connection it blocks nothing, and also the notifications says ads are blocked on wifi connections.

I don't know why it did not work before, I uninstalled it and then download and reinstall it on Mobile Data, where I did it on Wifi previously, does this make any difference.

I figured it out why it did not work previously, Same problem persists even now but with a workaround.

Once the ABP is closed, either by Turning Off Filter OR Force Close OR System Restart, it does not work, actually it doesn't even request for Root Permission and so no root permission is granted and so it works like it would work on any non rooted device, that is blocking ads only on wifi.

Workaround:
I have to clear data and cache every time I turn off filter OR restart device, resulting in downloading the filter list every time, mostly on mobile data connection.

Any help with this
