Okay, I am running Android 4.3 on GT-I9300 (Intl S3), after installing the latest version of ABP, I met the same prob of ads not being blocked on Dolphin when Jetpack is enabled. However, after switching off jetpack and running the website to make sure ABP worked, I turned on jetpack again: The ABP still works!

Previously had unrooted Galaxy S3 with Android 4.3.
I've recently upgraded to an S5 with Android 4.4.2.
On both phones, Adblock plus doesn't work with Dolphin Jetpack.
No problems running vanilla Dolphin, but switch to or start up in Jetpack and no ads are blocked.
Manual proxy settings are - localhost 2020
Does Dolphin Jetpack need different proxy settings?
to erica_483 - what exactly did you do to get it working? Can you run through it step by step and let us know your proxy settings?
