Adblock Plus Installer & Lookout AV

I've found that the new (non-Google Play) Adblock Plus installer and Lookout anti-virus do not play well together, at least on my Nexus 7. The Adblock installer downloads, then Lookout scans it, then rescans it, and rescans, and rescans it, over and over until I reboot. Once I reboot they both seem to work fine. I'm not sure if it's fixable due to the way Adblock Plus for Android works but I wanted to let you know.
