Adblock Plus

is there a way to filtet this out. I was successful via pc but find it difficult using the adblock plus for android. I cannot add a new filter using android app. is there a way to add this?

could you please show me how to get rid of it on the PC. I use Firefox on windows 7 and have not been able to get rid of it on my laptop.
