ABP is blocking my gmail, playstore and other ssl related websites on my rooted Galaxy S4 New Zealand edition, using WLAN. The phone of my misses, a Galaxy S3 unrooted doesn't have this problem. Are there more with this problem? it took me a while to figure out that ABP was the problem by the way. Is there any solution for this?

Rooted Nexus 4, running CyanogenMod 10.2 (based on Android 4.3). ABP plus is blocking the ads and also blocks all secure connections while not on Wifi. Interestingly enough, on Wifi, everything works. As soon as you turn Wifi off, no secure connection can be established. THings work when ABP is disabled, but then the ads come back!

I'm also having this problem, on my rooted Samsung Galaxy S4 (Sprint) running CyanogenMod 10.1.3. Problem occurs on WiFi, haven't checked LTE. Turning off filtering in ABP didn't fix the problem; I had to remove the manual proxy configuration. Appears to only affect HTTPS, as most normal web browsing worked fine.

I am having a similar problem. ABP is not allowing syncing of any google services (gmail, calendar, play store etc). If ABP is turned off all of the google services will sync.

Same here, over data I can't access any google services or tinfoil for facebook, over wifi there's no problem.

Nexus 4 running CM 10.1 or 10.2 (tried on both)

Same issues: cannot go to any page with "https" prefix, any services which use secure connections like playstore.
The system: CyanogenMod 10.2 (Android 4.2.2), rooted, device: Asus Transformer TF101 (1st gen)

Me too. Whenever the Adblock is running and proxy is in use in wlan settings, https does not work. Set proxy off, https works.

Does Adblock block anything without the proxy setting? I guess not since data is not routed trough it.

Same issue here. What exception do I need to enter manually to bypass filtering Google apps, playstore, etc?

Now, that's not possible to make AdBlock to bypass all that stuff, because the problem occurs when blocker filters SSL-based pages (they begin with "https"). And this is a problem discussed here.

How about older builds? Where there some version that didn't block sites using https?

In my case ABP is blocking my YouTube app... I can't watch anything if I don't disable ABP first.
