Nova Launcher complains when trying to install ABP

After downloading the app and clicking on it to start the installation a popup appears saying:
[Nova Launcher Icon] Restore backup
This will remove the desktop-layout of Nova and replace it with the selected configuration. Are you sure that you want to continue?
