Hi,
I am using a Moto X 2nd with Lollipop, I have side loaded Adblock plus and configured the proxy to port 2020 and its says it is waiting on port 2020, the adchoices still appears in apps and also chrome. I think the problem *is that it won't let me download a list, every time I try its its downloading then it kicks me out and doesn't download the list.
Please help the adchoice ads are ruining my phone.
