internet slowdowns after forwarding to port 2020

Hello,

Im have a new unrooted tablet, xperia z3 tablet compact. After installing addblock on it I had to manually forward a port to 2020 after doing so I'm experiencing internet slowdowns on my tablet sometimes I have to close apps and reopen them and in chrome sometimes it takes really long to load a page.

After removing the proxy internet seems smooth again. I never had this problem on my nexus 7 running cyanogenmod which is rooted.

Any solutions?

I have noticed similar behaviour on my galaxy tab 4 running 4.4.2 , but as you say the slow loading Is not consistent.
