ABP proxy breaks some HTTPS requests

Hello,
I have problem accessing https://tumblr.com website with Adblock Plus 1.2.1

With ABP proxy set (it don't mind if ABP is enabled or not)
- I can't login to tumblr
- I can't post images
- I can view page, if I was already logged in before setting ABP proxy

Problem can be solved only by unsetting proxy

This problem is in
- Google Chrome 40.0.2214.109
- Tumblr app 3.8.1.01
- ShortBlogger Pro for Tumblr app 2.0.7
- system is LG Fino with Android 4.4.2 - no root

Do you know what is wrong?

1.2.1.354 is somehow strange
- it doesn't fully solve the problem - I just try to log in in chrome. It works, but I must reload the dashboard many times to start working.
- ABP doesn't detect proxy setting properly and often tell me that it is badly configured and after that change state to "everything is ok" an after a while again "proxy setting is not configured properly". I have proxy setting localhost:2020 and do nothing with wifi connection during ABP is changing its mind.
- It seems that ABP restarts itself because the status iccon dissappear for a while and reappear again - after some usage. Stable version didn't do that.

This might be related to the issue tracker #2027 as well. Adblock Team, please look into HTTPS file download and this site issue as well. Both in regards to ABP Proxy.
