Push Error Messages on Android phone

When one uses the proxy settings (like 2020) an error push message is given when Adblock detects no traffic. This happens when I am at other locations an use other WIFIs. I understand the problem and would like to be able to not get that message anymore (like a tag in setting or something), as it is very annoying on some of my work locations where 2020 is blocked.
