Manual proxy setting problem

I apologize if my question has already been done. Unfortunately I do not speak English and is very difficult for me to do a search.

I found that if I set the proxy (with localhost and port number), I can browse only with Google Chrome. I can not browse with the UC and Dolphin browsers. Also I think I remember to have other problems related to manual proxy.

Don't use the bandwidth saving mode which sends content to their servers for better compression.
I believe you gain more from blocking the ads.

Eu estou com problemas com o proxy também, não é todos os anúncios quo ADB bloqueia e alem do mais quando o proxy é configurado vários aplicativos deixa de ter acesso a internet, como por exemplo a Google Play e o WhatsApp passa a receber apenas texto, nada de mídias, o único que parece não ser afetado é o navegador Chrome.
