Adblock Plus does not work properly on Android 5.1

On Nexus 5 with Lollipop 5.1 stock and root: ABP is a bit sloppy and does not block all ads in browsers. I tried with Chrome and Opera. Latest Version of ABP installed, reinstalled -- but the problem persists.

may be short term solution is to install firefox and do adblock add on.
