I have been trying to find some workaround for a little problem I'm currently having with my BQ tablet (Aquaris E10), which runs under a KitKat Android version (4.4.2).
I installed Adblock Plus (v1.3) and configured the proxy. It worked perfectly for the main websites I wanted their adds to be filtered. But later, using the Youtube app, I realized that sometimes ABP is also blocking its data, making not possible to find/search youtube videos (it is like the connection is lost for some period of time).
I tried to add the youtube address in the "omitted sites" in the proxy settings so that it is not applied for this specify site, but unfortunately it hasn't worked.
Please, could anyone give me some advice about how to properly set the ABP/proxy so that it does not block traffic data from Youtube?.
