How do I hide the "ABP Disable ..." context menu that is added to Firefox for Android?

On my desktop I install the Customizations for Adblock Plus addon in order to get rid of unwanted ABP context menus, but this addon refuses to install on Android (I've tried numerous times).

you could try using stylish for firefox on android

and apply styles as indicated here:
