Adblock not working on LG running Android 5.0.2

The taskbar notifier just says "Allowing Ads on Wi-Fi connection". The wireless settings have been setup per the instructions, Manual, Localhost, 2020.
I've tried uninstalling ABP, deleting the network connections, andstarting completely over. ABP will work for a short time, then fall off again.

I've got the same thing going on with my LG Gpad. Also on my HTC One M8. Just says 'waiting for traffic on port 2020.'

Hi, im new here, i cant get manual settings to work on my LG 8,3, Gpad either,.i set Proxy settengs to manual and then proxy to LOCALHOST and port to 2020 and dont know what they mean for the the panel that says "example.com,mycomp.test.co", i tried everything but still cant get adblock to stop ads,. my gpad is on 4.4.2 android , and kernal 3.4.0 ,software is v50020d,. please help me?????.
