abp questions. can you help?

hi everyone.I am brand new, bear with me. I have a moto G second generation telephone. kitty cat 4.4 system. Chrome browser. I downloaded Abp. clicked on it and it says can't open file. how do I get this installed? chasing down these answers is almost as bad as the ads I'm trying to avoid. thank you.
