can not open.

I download the data, and i did everything else; check unkown downloads and all that. But when i try to open the download, it tells me that it is impossible to open.
Android 4.4.2
Acer E600

Thats exactly what i mean. I download the app scroll down the hotbar in the top left corner tap the download and then it tells me"can not open"
