Latest version won't install (on my Galaxy S5 non-rooted)

I cannot install latest ABP version. [Error Message] = Program of same name is on devices. Then, boots me to home Screen. Suggestions? I = technology illiterate.

Go to SETTINGS - APPLICATION MANAGER and find any reference to Adblock Plus and tap UNINSTALL. When all has gone, try doing the install again. (Make sure you are installing the Adblock for Android APK )e

I can't find an Ad Block Plus program to uninstall even though I have downloaded it numerous times. I guess it is rejected by my Samsung S 10.5 tablet each time. Samsung's tech support people can't or won't help me.
