Adblock Plus proxy doesn't work with Adblockplus browser.

Alright, so I have an android phone (Galaxy S5) and If I use the proxy, no browser work's unless I'm connected to a VPN. However, I usually cannot login to my VPN while using Adblockplus proxy...Also, I was here under another username I don't remember with the email address
gtj779@gmail.com This is the only email that works...I'm confused. Sorry, I'm not a programmer. I think maybe I'm wrong about what the Adblockplus proxy does. I thought it blocked in app ad's but, maybe not. Please enlightened me. If you can.

ABP for Android is supposed to block ads in apps, but maybe you haven't set it up properly, so you can only access the Internet if you're bypassing the proxy (for example, with a VPN).
