Adblock Plus not starting up on my phone

Hello, first I want to say that I REALLY like your extension for Firefox on PC.
Yesterday I found out that Adblock Plus is available for Android too.
I installed it, but when I click on the app the screen is black for like 3 seconds and it comes back to the menu.
In the notification area is written that the ads are allowed or something like this.
It doesn't give me port or something.
I have Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 v2.3.6 Gingerbread.
Also I use and Opera Mini (can't use Firefox for Android, not compatible with my phone) because the default browser is really slow.
Opera Mini is faster but these ads really make it slower.
Why can't I use the app?

Galaxy Y, lets see a 2011 model. I have one for a fact but I keep all applications disabled. Try updating your phone in WiFi to jellybean because I was able to do on mine, then try Adblock on it. But however I use ABP on a tab because my phone is 8gb.
Let me point out some issues, wwhen abp is on it will use more than 20% of your phone cpu.
Another thing is, it really isnt optimized for gingerbread, only jellybean, kitkat and lollipop. Try updating and then using.
