Newbie... Where is the app after downloading?

Hi, I have downloaded the app but now can't find it. It's not in the applications directory. Hoping to get some info on how to get started here. Thanks.

Hello,

After installing the Chrome extension, you can find the Adblock Plus icon on the toolbar, to the left of the ≡ Menu Button. Like all extensions, it can be managed from the Extensions tab at chrome://extensions (click the ≡ Menu Button, then More Tools, then Extensions).

I downloaded the file from the Ad Blocker site,
and that's what I can't find.

Sorry, I must be missing something big here.

adblockplusandroid-1.3.apk in my downloads folder on the phone.

Just don't know how to activate it.
