Wi-Fi PC remote/touchpad/mouse/keyboard and Adblock Plus

Hi,
I wondered being totally non-techy how do I configure the Adblock Plus on the Android 5.0 on my Nvidia Shield tablet that it is communicate freely between the Adblock Plus app and server installed on PC so my Wi-Fi remote/touch-pad/mouse/keyboard works unhindered?
