LG G3 Save button greyed out

In my LG G3, Android 5.0.1 when I modify my network and put proxy to "localhost" and port to "2020" without quotes and no spaces, the save button is still greyed out.

Ok. Found the solution myself.
Disconnect the wifi connection (by tapping on it and tapping forget network).
Try to reconnect and while putting in password, also put in the proxy host name as localhost and proxy as 2020.

Now save button isnt greyed out

All solutions posted here do not work. When I forget network and try and enter in instructed settings with password the greyed out save changes to a greyed out connect and stays that way. Please help. Also this websites interface is super hard to use on mobile.
