Adblock plus INSTALL button unresponsive on Android

Once I open Downloads to install Adblock plus, it says CANCEL and INSTALL but the INSTALL button doesn't do anything, while the CANCEL button works.

I have an LG Leon LTE Android and I was wondering if you could help me with this. Thanks!

I too have just downloaded Adblock Plus and tried to install the apk on Nexus 2013 running Android 5.1.1. with unknown sources checked.

The first problem is that the file association appears to be wrong so just clicking on the apk does not give the option for installation.
I used a file manager within Android to then open the apk with the package installed. This then gave me the correct dialogue for installation however clicking on the install button does nothing.
