ABP Not Working (Android 5.0.2)

Proxy already set to localhost and 2020
Unable to uninstall Samsung Security Update
Message in notification says "Waiting for traffic on port 2020"
Device :Samsung S6
Android Version: 5.0.2
Would greatly appreciate if this issue could be resolved.

ABP still isnt working for me, I still get ads.
It says "you probably need to adjust configuration" but isnt italready adjusted (?) Ive already set the proxy so i dont know what else i can do to get it to work.
