Ajax Fails on repeat requests

Spent a fair while on this bug.
I have a site which makes ajax requests to load content. These requests are made to a similar URL which fetches the content and loads it to save state.
Adblock will allow this through the first couple of times - however then blocks it.
This is on ANY SITE.
I was on Android, Samsung S5, Chrome Browser.
Really annnoying.
