No Proxy Port on Galaxy s4

Just installed on my Galaxy s4 (android 4.2.2) and never got the proxy port notification. The ABP icon appears at the top of my screen and in notifications it says ads are blocked on all connections, but ads still load in my browser (chrome). Any ideas?
