Bugs with GT-I9200

Hey all! I'm had installed Adblock, launched it under root permission, also ran the function "Ablock's filtration is enabled" and marked this application as system. All it works fine before next restart, then it stops to cutting and hiding the spam. When i'm registering WiFi in proxy and access points as "localhost" and "2020" it's hiding and cutting spam well, but don't allows to the https websites. I've changed the firmware, but without any result. How to configure Adblock to cut the spam after restart?
