Client system is not communicating to VPN Server system.

Hello,
Can any help me out of client system is not communicating with VPN server, I actually configured VPN in Windows Server 2008 R2 then I configured in client system it got connected but communication between server and client is not happening, what was the problem can any one guide me please !!!
