The configure option where I am told to change settings to 'localhost' and Port to '2020' to stop adverts showing up on my android mobile actually prevent me from connecting to my home wifi.

Is there a way around this?

ABP for Android doesn't work well when it does work, it works especially poorly with the latest versions of Android, and unfortunately there is nobody who maintains this app now.
