LG G4 can't access advanced wifi options

I tap on "configure" in ABP which displays the locahost and port number and a link to open wifi settings. I tap the link and get a list of networks. Long pressing my active network brings up a password prompt. I check "advanced options", enter my password and hit "next"....then nothing happens. I don't get the window with the proxy info as instructed. I've tried forgetting my network and re-connecting as another user suggested w no luck.
Any suggestions?

What is your Android version? Could you send us a screenshot of the screen where you try to press "next" and then nothing happens?
*Note that there are no developers working on this app, therefore solving real issues will be a bit difficult.

Same problem here. I have a Galaxy tab 6. I enter the passcode and choose Modify Config and nothing happens.
I'm guessing they have blocked us again from being able to do what we want with our phones. Sometimes it's our ISP that make these decisions.
If anyone has a workaround on this one, please post. Thank you.
