Adblock Plus with BlueStacks Android Emulator? How can I "Open blockable items" in BlueStacks? I don't see the ABP stop sign. Thanks!

The ABP app for Android doesn't have anything like that: It's a local proxy server that never worked well even on the platforms where it works.
